WPDB: Allegations of Discordian Arm Deals with Shavia

The Patriot has received anonymous reports that the Shavian economy is experiencing grave difficulties, further increasing pressure for the Shavian government to increase arm sales to other nations. We have also received anonymous reports that the Discordian government has expressed interest in purchasing these weapons, a development that may lead to increased tension between tribal groups in the nation. The Patriot questioned Nosforatu, which is owned by the Shavian government, and they openly condemned the sale of Shavian arms to groups within Discordia, noting that it had the potential to destabilize the region. This would in turn endanger their interests in extracting oil in the area. This statement comes as some surprise, as Nosforatu, a Shavian government-owned company, is not known to openly contradict its own government. The North-West government has announced that they will issue a press release shortly which may address these alleged arm deals.
