The Mentor: Oil Reinforcing Political Divisions in Dicordia

According to a representative from The NW Alliance, which is responsible for
the education and energy ministries, the Discodrian government is in talks
with UK based, Nuture, one of the oldest independent humanitarian relief
organizations as well as British oil company Cromwell to design a
public-private partnership. The NW Alliance is keen on the responsible use
of oil revenue for reducing the major health issues that plagues the
country, HIV/AIDs. At least the NW Alliance has engaged the media in open
dialogue in its plan for using oil revenue. If in fact the other half of the
Discordian government, the Gangor Delta Axis is meeting with Nosferatu as
reported by other media outlets.

These talks come after Cromwell takes another hit in its stock price at the
close of business. As Cromwell¹s shares continue to fall, it may be
problematic for the company to go forward with a production contract. If
Nosferatu is attempting to make a bid or buy out Cromwell, this could
provide significant economic issues across here in Britain. With Cromwell
holding 35% of share in the Edgehill field and provides thousands of jobs.
