National Government Policy Long Term Policy Heralded

The Guardian (5:54 PM)

The government has recently released its anticipated long term Economic Development of Discordia plan. The government has generously reaffirmed its desire to allow the involvement of civil society in the oil revenue distribution to improve our economic welfare. The government has agreed to compromise and bring the country together by agreeing to build a pipeline to the west in the short term and agreeing in the long term to develop a pipeline in the south. This agreement would bring the government closer to evening out the disadvantages of northern regions of the country and would benefit other regions as well. We thank the government for their concern about the people of Discordia and their desire to improve our well being in an evenhanded fashion. The government has also agreed that the oil contract wil be assigned on an open bid system, which is excellent for our country. The distribution plan would allocate funds to eucation, agriculutre, health and infrasturucture programs.

  1. This is more like a press release rather than a critical news analysis. Is the media for the people or is it puppet of the government?
