THE PROTECTOR-DISCORDIA OIL PACKAGE IMMINENT-WHO WILL SUCCEED?

The government of Discordia is working on a draft oil policy package at present, this will be released shortly.When asked which oil company will be given preference in getting access to the country's untapped oil riches they responded "whichever wins the public bid." Theoretically this may not be Cromwell, as their recent stocks plummeting has surely affecting their chances of succeeding in maintaining their grip on Discordia's energy resources. The other potential competitior Nosferatu may well prove to be the more likely candidate. However although not as ethical as it claims to be, at least Cromwell purports to be transparent and maintains some form of discourse with civil society, although their practices are still questionable. Nosferatu has yet to convey its transparency using the same PR methods  as Cromwell, it remains to be seen which of the two companies is the lesser of two evils.
