WPDB - The Alwi Speak Out and Claim their Indigenous Right

"Our concerns are not being heard.  We are being played!" claimed an Ehweh representative in despair while witnessing current negotiations held in their surroundings.

The Enweh village is located at the heart of block 77 and every attempt to tampering with their land, disturbs and affects their people's lifestyle as an Alwi community.

"If we had to choose, we believe in Cromwell because they have always stood by their word-- they have invested in education and labor, which has helped our community", an Alwi stated.  This statement reinforces Cromwell's previous position on their continued commitment to CSR in the Discordia region as a whole.

The Enweh representative also confirmed that Nosferatu as well as Cromwell officials have contacted them with promises of progress, economic gain and benefits for their people but the Alwi's are not buying it.  They want a written contract that commits to the betterment and protection of their people and culture for the next 100 years.

"Government without representation is doomed to fail" vented one Enweh village resident, "We  expect that are demands are met or we will fight".   The fair agreement argued by the Alwi's consist of a) the right to representation and participation on region related discussions and decision-making process b) 25% revenue share from the government c) a formal and written agreement from Cromwell or Nosferadu committing to significant hires from local Alwis and investment in education and health in the village.

" If we are not heard, fight will be the only option to protect our people and culture!".
