The Mentor - Is oil Giant Nosferatu planning to sell arms to the Gangor Delta Axis?

The speculation of play for Discordia¹s by oil giant Nosferatu has
implications for fostering political tensions and encouraging civil war to
break out. The NW Alliance is in talks with Cromwell. There is speculation
that the Gangor Delta Axis is in talks with potential rival Nosferatu.
However, Nosferatu representatives could neither confirm nor deny that
meetings between Nosferatu officials and one faction of the Discordia¹s
government has occurred. And the Gangor Delta Axis has not confirmed such
meetings have occurred. An unnamed source has confirmed that these meetings
have taken place.
Nosferatu has subsidiaries arms and aviations and may be utilizing
these sectors of their production to assist the Gangor Delta Axis in gaining
arms for use in a political take over. While it is to early to say how all
this is going to play out, this story is a common one throughout Africa.
Nosferatu is a major player in the oil industry and strongly linked
to the Shavian Government in its operations. However as recently reported by
the European Business journal, Shavia has recently lost its contracts for
provision of new strike aircraft and helicopters to NATO. This could put
Shavia in a precarious position and it may pressure Nosferatu to make a play
for gaining control over oil production in areas at play, such as in
Discordia, or potentially buying out Cromwell as its stocks continue to
fall.
The NDUL is advocating for more transparency in the negotiations
between the government and Cromwell as any other potential oil investors.
Cromwell has been working with Open Books to be transparent in all its
dealings. If in fact Nosferatu is making a play for Discordia and
facilitating civil war, this could mean big problems for Discordia¹s unity
as well as Cromwell¹s potential snd needed investment in the country.
